Whisk is a recipe management app that makes it easy and seamless for any restaurant or restaurant group to create and cost recipes and to track inventory usage. POS Hub syncs with daily sales from Square to make detailed inventory tracking simple. Together, the apps show operators ideal usage of each ingredient and the profit margin based on actual sales of every menu item. Whisk also connects to the USDA database to generate nutritional data for each menu item and flag items with allergens.
